1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and bk45 ("We", "Us", or "Platform") governing all use of the bk45 website, mobile interface, and associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bk45, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any criterion may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be a natural person, at least 21 years of age, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing bk45 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must register with accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false details constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one active bk45 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will be terminated.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of bk45 or any of its business partners.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register with bk45, you create a personal account that is solely for your use. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not it was authorized by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

bk45 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity documents at the time of registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include:

• National ID card (NID) or valid passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account screenshot)

Password & Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳100,000. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. bk45 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing Rules

General Bonus Rules

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the bk45 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand assets, game interfaces, software code, written content, promotional graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk45 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bk45 content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of bk45 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. bk45's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

bk45 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your requirements or that results obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bk45 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the bk45 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Outstanding bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bk45 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration.
